Intuit Conversion Information

QuickBooks, Quicken and Mint Users – ACTION REQUIRED

We have been notified by our provider that Express Web Connect and Direct Connect will be available Tuesday, August 22.

Please review and take the necessary steps to ensure you have a complete record of your transactions.

1st Action Date – Friday, June 16, 2023

Your data file backup and final transaction download should have been completed by June 16, 2023.

2nd Action Date – Tuesday, August 22, 2023

This is the action date for the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will need to complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.

Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect, QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect and Mint may not work during this outage.

If you need to download your transactions from our Online Banking system, please follow the detailed instructions located HERE.

Please carefully review your downloaded transactions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed.
